I prepare close to two hundred 1120-H tax forms a year for qualified Homeowner Associations and have helped HOAs for about 30 years. I know the IRS rules as to what is exempt income and expenses as opposed to what is taxable. I am also experienced in HOA bookkeeping.
I'm Janis Marie Henderson (formerly Hayes). I started preparing taxes while living in the Salt Lake Valley of Utah over 30 years ago. I am passionate about doing taxes and love talking taxes. Because of life changing events I moved to the San Diego area and then to Arizona. And now I find myself in Henderson, Nevada. I love exploring the great outdoors and photography!
