I am dedicated to my clients. My goal is to keep you out of the IRS office. I keep up on all the changes in the tax code to help you pay the least amount of taxes the law will allow to increase your refund and to lower your tax debt. I use professional software approved by the IRS and all States, and I am an authorized eFile Provider.
I prepare well over a hundred 1120-H tax forms a year for qualified Homeowner Associations and have helped HOAs for over 20 years. I know the IRS rules as to what is exempt income and expenses as opposed to what is taxable. I am also experienced in HOA bookkeeping.
I'm Janis Marie Henderson (formerly Hayes). I started preparing taxes while living in the Salt Lake Valley of Utah. I am passionate about doing taxes and love talking taxes. I lived in the San Diego area for several years. I moved to Arizona a few years ago where I can pursue my other two passions, the views are amazing for photos and the trails are plentiful for off-roading in our Jeep.
